Where possible, we request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you do not attend a scheduled session without reasonable notice, the session may be considered used and may not be refundable or rescheduled.
Talent Forge may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
11. Payments and Pricing
Prices for Talent Forge services are displayed on the relevant Website or booking page.
Prices may be displayed in Japanese yen (JPY), US dollars (USD), Kenyan shillings (KES), or other currencies depending on the service and customer.
The applicable price will be the price displayed at the time of purchase or booking, subject to any applicable taxes, fees, or payment-provider charges.
Talent Forge reserves the right to change prices for future purchases. Price changes will not affect services that have already been purchased and confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment must be completed using the payment method provided by Talent Forge or its designated payment provider.
You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.
12. Taxes and Fees
Applicable consumption tax and other taxes will be handled in accordance with Japanese law and Talent Forge's applicable tax status.
Where applicable, the amount of tax included in or added to the displayed price will be indicated at the time of purchase.
Additional charges imposed by banks, payment providers, foreign exchange providers, or other third parties may apply to international transactions.
Customers are responsible for any charges imposed by their own financial institution or payment provider where applicable.
13. Cancellation, Refunds and Returns
Talent Forge's cancellation and refund policy may vary depending on the service purchased.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable service page or written agreement, fees for services that have already been provided are generally non-refundable.
If you cancel before a service has been provided, Talent Forge will consider the cancellation and any applicable refund in accordance with the service-specific terms and applicable Japanese law.
Digital products and downloadable resources may be non-refundable after delivery or access, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under Japanese law.

Digital materials are licensed to you for your personal use.

For digital materials purchased from Talent Forge, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal educational and career-development purposes.

Publish the materials online;
Remove proprietary notices;
Create a competing product using our materials; or
Share access credentials or paid resources with other persons.

17. Intellectual Property and Client Work
Where Talent Forge creates or edits a resume, LinkedIn profile, career document, or similar material specifically for you, you may use the resulting material for your personal career purposes.
However, Talent Forge retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, processes, systems, and proprietary materials used to provide the service.
Talent Forge does not claim ownership of your personal employment history, qualifications, achievements, or other information you provide.
18. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue portions of the Website for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical issues, or other legitimate business purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore services where practicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable Japanese law, Talent Forge will not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time the agreement was entered into or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under Japanese law, including applicable provisions of the Consumer Contract Act.
21. Force Majeure
Talent Forge will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
Earthquakes;
Natural disasters;
Severe weather;
Fire;
Government action;
War or civil unrest;
Epidemics or pandemics;
Major telecommunications failures;
Internet outages;
Power outages;
Cybersecurity incidents affecting third-party providers; or
Failures of third-party platforms or services.
Where reasonably possible, Talent Forge will communicate with affected customers and work to reschedule services.
22. Changes to the Website

26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable service descriptions, booking information, payment terms, and any applicable Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure, constitute the agreement between you and Talent Forge regarding your use of the Website and purchase of our services, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
27. No Waiver
If Talent Forge does not immediately enforce any right or provision under these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
A waiver of any provision will only be effective where expressly provided.
